The Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board is committed to making the transition from Grade 8 to secondary school a positive experience for every student coming into one of our Catholic secondary schools.
Parent Information Nights will be offered at each of our Catholic secondary schools. The focus of these sessions will be on the transition from elementary to secondary school within a Catholic learning environment centered on Gospel teachings. Secondary staff will also provide parents and students with important information on programs and pathway choices.
Parents/guardians of Grade 8 students from St. Thomas More Feeder Schools are invited to attend an information session at:
